SEACAM XC SERIES HOUSINGS
XC 999 mount
Introducing the XC Series housings, designed for iether the Sony XC-555 or the XC-999 CCD color camera modules. The XC Series housings are compact, three section, modular units, which are available in either anodised aluminum or black machined delryn material. Both the aluminum and delryn housings are designed for underwater use and have been pressure tested to a depth of 100 metres.
YC 999
The aluminum housing was constructed as a robust, heavy duty unit, for underwater inspection, surveillance and video production work, where weight is not a problem.

The lightweight delryn housing was initially designed as a protective casing for the CCD camera and lens against external damage from dust, rain, ice and saltwater.

These units can be easily fitted to motorbikes, under motor vehicles, outside aircraft, helicopters and inflatable boats and also onto the end of optional extension poles.
XC 999 SYSTEM
Ideal for recording news or live sports action in the harshest of environments, where a light weight casing is required.

The XC Series housings also feature individual interchangeable lens ports for each of the Sony 3mm, 6mm and 12mm lenses. Each lens port is fitted with an optical glass lens, and is machined to accommodate and centre the individual Sony camera lenses.

The housings are supplied in the following configurations:
